In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jesse Bennett about the transformative power of pregnancy yoga. Who is Jesse Bennett?

Jesse is an author, yoga and Pilates instructor, wellness expert, and mother living in California. Jesse writes and illustrates children’s books designed to help children regulate their nervous systems through yoga exercises. your first book, The Yoga HouseShe was inspired by her daughter, who has trouble falling asleep, and encouraged her to meditate and breathe together. Jesse’s mission is to teach children and their families the kindness, love and kindness that we love and value.
