When we’re pregnant, I feel like we hear so much information about what we should and shouldn’t eat. We need more folate, more choline, more iron, etc. All of these are important for us to know so we can be proactive and have a healthy pregnancy and raise a healthy baby. But have you heard a lot about your nutritional needs after giving birth? I don’t have that. And this is one of the moments in life when you need it more Vitamins and nutrients for your body to support your recovery and nourish your baby. That’s why I had to speak to incredible nutritionists Ashley and Diana, who focus on postpartum nutrition. They answer our questions and share details about what new moms need to know!
Who are Ashley Reaver and Diana Licalzi?

Ashley and Diana They are trained nutritionists and, as new mothers, know firsthand how important it is to nourish your body after giving birth. They are the authors of the Cookbook for postpartum nutritiona comprehensive guide to postpartum nutrition, and their mission is to help women prioritize their health after having a baby.
