13 Month Old Baby: Nutrition, Sleep and Milestones by Month

Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule will help your 13-month-old baby get the right amount of sleep for his age and help with periods of sleep regression. At this age, your baby needs 11 to 14 hours of sleep a day, including a two- to three-hour nap. Some babies still take a morning nap and an afternoon nap.
