Who is Gina Conley?

Gina Conley Keep an MS in training science and is the founder and CEO of Mama fitAn industry -leading Perinatal fitness provider with a training facility in Aberdeen, North Carolina. Apart from her work as a personal trainer who specializes in perinatal fitness, Gina is an experienced Birth Doula Who supported almost 200 births in North Carolina. Gina is the mother of four years and a military spouse. She is also a 7-year-old army veteran who served a fighting tour to Afghanistan to support Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom Sentinel.
